1. Prepare
Line a baking sheet or muffin tin with 6 muffin tins. Preheat the oven.
Top/bottom heat: around 180°C
2. Prepare and bake dough
Mix the fat of your choice and the eggs (or a suitable egg substitute) in a mixing bowl with a mixer (beater) on the highest setting or with a whisk for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the baking mix and the milk (or water) and mix everything briefly to form a smooth dough. Using two tablespoons, pour the dough into the prepared muffin cups and place the tray in the middle in the oven for approx. 15 minutes. After baking, let the muffins cool and glaze and decorate as desired.
