1. Prepare
Grease a baking tin or baking tray approx. 15cm x 20cm. Preheat the oven.
Top/bottom heat: around 180°C
2. Prepare and bake dough
Mix the fat of your choice and the eggs (or a suitable egg substitute) in a mixing bowl with a mixer (beater) on the highest setting or with a whisk for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the baking mix and the milk (or water) and mix everything briefly to form a smooth dough. Immediately spread the dough onto the previously greased tray and place it in the middle of the oven for approx. 25-30 minutes. While the brownies are still warm, cut them close to the edge of the tray and then let them cool on the tray.
