Preparation

1. Prepare
A shallow pan on ¾ Preheat heat. If the pan is too hot, the crepes will burn before they are cooked. If the pan is too cold, they will become too dry and break.

2. Prepare and bake dough
To start with, just mix the baking mix with the milk (or water) in a mixing bowl with a mixer (beaters) on the highest setting or with a whisk for at least 5-6 minutes until smooth to activate the gluten. Then gradually stir the eggs into the dough until it becomes soft and liquid. Now add the dough to the pan in portions using a ladle and fry it into crêpes. The crêpes are a delight both sweet and savory.

Aufbewahrung

Die Crêpes nach dem Backen direkt verzehren oder maximal 3-4 Tagen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
