1. Prepare
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven.
Top/bottom heat: around 190°C
2. Prepare and bake dough
Mix the fat of your choice and the egg (or a suitable egg substitute) in a mixing bowl with a mixer (beater) on the highest setting or with a whisk for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the baking mixture and mix everything briefly to form a smooth dough. Using two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop, spread the dough into 50g heaps on the baking paper with enough space between them and place the tray in the middle in the oven for approx. 15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool on the tray.
