Preparation

1. Prepare
Place a flat non-stick pan on ½ Preheat heat. If the pan is too hot, the pancakes will burn and will be difficult to turn.

2. Prepare and bake dough
Mix the baking mixture together with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl with a mixer (stirrer) on the highest setting or with a whisk for 2 minutes until smooth. Now pour the dough into the pan in portions using a soup ladle. As soon as the small bubbles burst on the surface, you should quickly turn the pancakes over. If you don't use fat for frying, the pancakes will color more quickly.

Aufbewahrung

Die Pancakes nach dem Backen direkt verzehren oder maximal 3-4 Tagen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
