Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

You can exchange or return any (*) goods ordered from us without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. We need a maximum of 2 working days to process the return internally. If you have already paid, you will be refunded the purchase price you have already paid as soon as the goods you have returned arrive at our premises and we have returned them.

Please note that for hygiene reasons there is no right to return food packaging that has already been opened and/or used. The same applies to unpackaged food and food that would no longer be sellable after being returned due to a short best before date.

Requirements for returning goods

Please note that the goods delivered may only be used for testing purposes. The goods must be in a clean and resalable condition, with the original label and should, if possible, be returned in the original packaging.

(*) Custom-made products are excluded from the right of return. By this we mean all products that differ from those specified in the online shop.
