Gleichzeitig bietet er dir das volle Geschmacksprofil einer neapolitanischen Pizza und das bei sage und schreibe 71% weniger Kohlenhydraten und 89% weniger Fett im Vergleich zu herkömmlicher Pizza. Was unsere proteinreiche Pizza-Basis wirklich besonders macht ist unser Hefeteig, den wir nach 60 Stunden reifezeit vollständig von Hand für dich aufarbeiten. Seine saftige Konsistenz und seine perfekte Textur mit vielen großen Poren bekommt er, wenn er bei knackigen 350°C im Ofen vorgebacken wird. Unsere Pizzaböden warten nur darauf, von dir nach deinem Geschmack belegt zu werden. Du kannst deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen! Preparation:
