1. Prepare
Line a baking tray with baking paper. If you like it a little crispier, you can also bake your pizza on the grill. Here, too, we recommend using baking paper to keep your oven clean. Preheat the oven.
Top/bottom heat: around 210°C or circulating air: around 190°C
2. Top with your choice of pizza base
Choose a sauce of your choice. Typically, pureed tomatoes are seasoned with a little salt and pepper. This is followed by a good load of cheese. Here we recommend a good mozzarella or pizza cheese. Now top according to your taste and bake the pizza for about 5 minutes (if the toppings are rich, the baking time can be longer) on the middle shelf, until the cheese is slightly brown on the outside and has completely melted.
